Target Projects

• Reasonable political jurisdictions
• Acquire ‘super-majority” rights using primarily shares as capital
• Target large minerals systems (Au/Cu priority)

Execution

• First Stage: 18-30 months including permitting*
• Target Refinement: 3-9 months & $100K-$250k to define ore targets using appropriate science: geology, geochemistry, geophysics, remote sensing*
• Drill Testing: 4-6 months & $250k-$750k to validate & expand ore values over ore widths in context of larger geological target (multiple stages)
• Exit: At optimum risk-reward balance
